We collect account details (name, email, company, phone), billing information, call metadata (CDRs), and usage analytics. We do not record call content unless you explicitly enable call recording.

To provide and improve our services, process payments, deliver support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

All signaling is encrypted with TLS 1.3 and media with SRTP/AES-256. We are SOC 2 Type II audited and GDPR compliant.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted sub-processors (carriers, payment providers) and where required by law.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Call detail records are retained for 12 months unless a longer period is required by law or your plan.
