Welcome to PersiaVoIP. By accessing or using our cloud communications services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using PersiaVoIP services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
PersiaVoIP provides Cloud VoIP, Cloud PBX, SIP trunking, virtual numbers, and related communications services. Service availability and features may vary by plan and region.
3. Account & Billing
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraudulent calling, robocalls, spam, harassment, or to violate any third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Service Availability
We target 99.999% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and force-majeure events may affect availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
PersiaVoIP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. We may suspend service immediately for breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
